Life-changing decisions require a bit of bravery, stupidity, or both. Isn't it curious how our first passions stick with us throughout our lives? Language has been a love of mine from an early age; poems, puns, plays on words, mistyped subtitles, slang, and dialects. I'm here for it. I love how the right words can change minds and evoke strong memories. Talking to my son about his fear of cycling helped me to turn my life around, and finally write for a living.
